01. Driver Eligibility
To ensure the safety of our elite fleet and your journey, all clients must meet the following criteria:
- The primary driver must be at least 21 years of age for standard luxury vehicles and 25 for supercars.
- A valid, original driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience is mandatory.
- For international travelers, a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) is required alongside the national license.
- Verification of identity via Passport or Aadhar Card is required at the time of delivery.
02. Booking & Payment
Our boutique booking process is designed for your convenience and security:
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a 50% advance payment.
- A security deposit is required for all self-drive rentals, which is fully refundable upon safe return of the vehicle.
- We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and premium digital wallets.
- Prices are subject to seasonal changes and vehicle availability at the time of confirmation.
Note: GST at the applicable government rates will be added to all rental charges.
03. Vehicle Usage & Safety
We take pride in maintaining our vehicles to the highest standards. We expect our clients to:
- Strictly adhere to local traffic laws and speed limits.
- Use the vehicle only within the permitted geographical boundaries agreed upon.
- Refrain from smoking inside the vehicle to maintain the pristine interior quality.
- Not use the vehicle for any commercial purposes, racing, or off-roading unless specified.
04. Liability & Insurance
All our vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance. However:
- In case of an accident, the client is liable for the insurance deductible/excess amount.
- Any damage caused by negligence, driving under influence, or violation of traffic laws is the sole responsibility of the client.
- Personal belongings left in the vehicle are the responsibility of the owner.
- Kanav Travels is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unavoidable mechanical failures.
05. Cancellation & Refunds
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Full refund for cancellations made 72 hours before the scheduled rental time.
- 50% refund for cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental time.
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
